USA, San-Jose — September 14, 2021 — Sperasoft, a Keywords studio, a leading game development company with centers in the USA, Poland, and Russia, announces its contribution to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six ® Extraction. The cooperative multiplayer game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Stadia, Epic Games, Ubisoft Connect and Ubisoft+, Ubisoft’s subscription service.

The first-person shooter franchise’s next installment involves a tactical onslaught on 12 uniquely designed maps featuring procedurally generated challenges that will test players on every incursion. Knowledge, cooperation, and a tactical approach are their best weapons to survive. Fail against the enemies and their Operators will go Missing in Action (MIA). Pick from 18 Rainbow Six Operators to assemble a squad in a co-op of up to three Operators or go solo. Each Operator has a specific set of weapons and abilities to learn, improve and master through a new progression system. Be prepared to fight a lethal, unpredictable, and constantly evolving alien threat. Players must count on their teammates to face each of the 13 enemy types. The aggressive defense of their growing alien ecosystem will stand in the players’ way.

Ubisoft commissioned Sperasoft in co-developing a variety of user interface features, including After Action Report, Studies menu, Chat Wheel, Accessibility menu, and REACT Progression menu. These features allow the player to track their progress and attempt to best their past performance and even their friends. Sperasoft also contributed to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction utilities such as friends lists, the welcome screen, and gameplay options.

Ubisoft has consistently turned to Sperasoft as a partner it can entrust to provide new modes and extras to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six franchise to keep each new game in the series fresh to maintain competition, build on the fun of each new feature, and personalize options so that they adhere to the player’s convenience.

Sperasoft’s Chief Commercial Officer Denis Larkin was enthusiastic about the series as it grows more sophisticated with each new installment: “It’s within human’s nature to overcome challenges. There’s nothing more satisfying than overcoming an encroaching threat through adaption to get you and your squadmates into, and out of, the containment zone. In Rainbow Six Extraction this can be done with friends at your side, where each player can unleash their skills and tactics, and there are a lot of options to customize that experience. Extraction brings a twist to the franchise, revealing a brand-new style of play that satisfies the desire for tight teamwork. Rainbow Six Extraction has given us the opportunity to add depth to the gaming experience and continue our involvement with the Rainbow Six franchise.”
